Re: Illiterate? r u "keeding"? Um, I see taxes and I see fees. The data cards use the same network as the phones, so why shouldn't they be subject to the e911 fee?
I've had text messages that were sent once come across many times. A simple e-mail to e-care and the charges were gone. Do you expect a system with millions of users to not make any mistakes?

| glad you finally admit the charges were "mistakes" Cmoore... enough said, they shouldn't have charged them... with 1 million customers, that's possibly millions of CSR complaints and hundreds of thousands of minutes of lost time in a year to correct.. whether its .10c or $10 million Sprint bears the burden of fixing THEIR mistake |
