1 edit | 2 days and 29 hours spent with customers who are dumber than rocks... God - account needed to balance at the end of this month. Naturally they have not been spot balancing for the entire month - something they did as of about a month ago because of our trash system.
But this time - the customer had a TON of issues with balancing because they transposed numbers, incorrect formatting (Excel does not like to see numbers (ie: dollar amounts) with '..' as decimals or commas etc... All of the issues with the spreadsheets should have been fixed before they ever got to me or at least double checked. They still did not fix them after I told them about the exact issues. Spend more than half a day fixing their freaking issues that had nothign to do with our system.
GRRRAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!
