Re: Sympatco lies.

i totally agree with u guys , i use to have a 5mbp connection till about a few weeks ago when i upgraded my internet to there new ''Total Interent Service''ever since i upgraded ive been having downloading/uploading problems,i should now be getting a 7mbp connection ,instead its never stable ,it goes up to 7bmp and after a few sec it drops to about 30-50kbs and stays there. The only way for me to get my speed back up to 7mbp is to reconnect the modem and then when i do so i get my 7mbp for another 30sec or so and it goes back to 30kbs. ive takled to bell about 100times in the last week , they tell me that im too fair away from the C0 when my neubor has the same internet connection(total internet-7mbp) and he is getting his speed at full, and for some reason im the only one thats getting my speed capped. I finally spoke to a tech person who knows whats going on and she told me that they are capping everyones internet so everyone can get the connection they deserve. but i do not believe that 30kbs is what i deserve when im paying them 50$ monthly, and what really pisses me off is how they keep telling me that there high speed is UP TO 7 mbp , so if its 30kbs its fine for them...wtf? so maybe ill switch as well
