Signed up in Texas

I got Dry Loop DSL at PRO speeds for $28.99 in Lubbock, TX. I had to ask to speak with the Retention department and plead for it; but I did get it.

It took 3 weeks to sort out the entire dropping of the landline, and hooking up of DSL, and renewing my username and password for access.
