May sound like a simple thing but do you have the right ports open on the router?

 True, but... I just think it's odd that I have to open certain ports on the router if my sister's PC can connect to limewire just fine (and it's on the same router)

I have achieved 3 meg , fastpath sync on a 15,700 ft. 26 ga copper line. =]
