The L.A. Free-Net has been providing low cost dial-up since 1994. It costs $60/yr in California, $96/yr in 46 other states. I've been using them since 1995 and they're a good outfit. Where is Kevin Martin now? I don't hear anything about regulating the giant telco he just helped create. Oh wait, AT&T needs to raise rates to get the cash to finish paying Martin off....sorry, nevermind.
