Hi, anyone noticed new ip range from TM Streamyx ?
Just connected with 124.13.5.x ?

I think 124. has been around for a while. My area just today able to get into 118.100.113.XXX a new range I believe.

i think only for a temporary..i guess.. since the TM notice to combacting the spam email. if not wrong most of the 60.x.x.x had in most company blacklist. After they finish to clear the blacklist, i guess 60.xx.x.x will back again.

Either new IP or what... their speed had been slow since last year Dec 2007 to now. If make complaint, they will said they will monitor my account and reset the speed. What this means actually they are setting the speed limit with certain device like shaper. which will shape certain packet or protocol with certain speed.
