I have had it with bond measures in CA. He gave Verizon a statewide franchise to wire most of the state with fiber. Give them a deadline to get it done or yank the permit and give it to the cable cos.

Well thats true but you have to apply and get approved. Lets modify the law and make then jump thru another hoop. If you want the franchise you have to get so much done in so much time or you loose the franchise. You cant just sit on it
