<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/806290"><b>wolfsmane</b></A> : I'm in South Carolina, and bellsouth has yanked my chain for the last time.<br>i have Atlantic BB as my cable provider here, and they offer both a 6mb and a 8mb package.<br>BUT, I'm seeing some horror stories here about ABB throttling<br>bittorrent, etc.<br>can anyone in s.carolina tell me whether your having this kind of problem?<br>what about their newsgroups? are they any good, and do they get throttled?<br>although I've had it with BS dsl, i don't want to jump from the frying pan into the fire, switching to ABB.<br><br>please give me advice on ABB.]]></description>
