Who gets all the money raised by this auction? Surely the FCC doesn't need 4.6 billion to run itself...right??

That's funny! Honestly though who really think if the government got 9 trillion that they would spend it on paying its debt? Its like giving a loan to a crack addicted whore. Your never gonna see that money again.
