Once they checked their online useage against credit card billing, they either would have (1) disconnected the phone number or (2) call Cisco and say Lets Make A Deal No seizure needed here. They drove straight to Tasman Drive in Santa Clara (CA) and waited in the lobby with the silver platter (RespOrg release form) on their lap! ...and probably the last week's usage bill saying "purdy pluheeze?!?"
