| ATT is down,,, Remember the rolling power grid? I have an att/bs connection,,, the gateway is always there,,, the name server is intermittent,,, but the first router is also intermittent. using a continuous ping batch I see welcome2att as a possible source. the ns probs of a few months ago were nothing like this,,, metrics at 90 could get around fine in that, (bouncing routers, "you take it-no you take it"). I ran a traceroute a bit ago and it took 2.5 mins for it to tell me the combined latency was 642ms,,, I'm thinkin' dsl is down,,, not the name servers. |
