We called and emailed asking to cancel our Aerosurf account after 4+ years of lousy service. They emailed and confirmed the account is officially cancelled - - yet they billed our Debit card a month later. They will not own up. We are forced to contest and challenge them. They also charged us for the Dish (we have the paperwork in writing that we bought and paid for it). They acknowledged it was ours but then came and literally snuck onto our premises and threw a ladder against the house and tore down the dish. We caught them running away with it. We are considering pressing charges. This is one very sad, very small company worth staying very far away from. |
