I had a hunch

Nothlit posted : My parents called around 6:30 this evening complaining that their internet wasn't working (they're in Atlanta; I'm in Pittsburgh). So after determining that they did have DSL sync, I pretty much assumed it was a DNS problem. I walked my dad through the process of configuring the computer to use OpenDNS, and everything was fine. Glad to discover that my hunch was correct, even if it has been a major pain for BellSouth users tonight. :)
