Here in Bellsouth territory my mom is stuck on dialup for $20 a month and can't get DSL. I have 1.5 DSL and I pay $20 a month after various bundling discounts. My mom got a letter saying her dialup is going up. She's going to be paying more than me for friggin dialup.
