| Re: Seized?? Oh no it was not "seized". It was handed over to Cisco like a hot potato! Most likey close to free. Once the 800# went viral and the sex-op got tons of calls with nobody signing up for their "service" and generating those 1 minute minimum bills (business rates are billed in 6 second increments -- the shortest "tick" a typical central office switch can record a time duration), that was all they wrote.
Once they checked their online useage against credit card billing, they either would have (1) disconnected the phone number or (2) call Cisco and say Lets Make A Deal 
No seizure needed here. They drove straight to Tasman Drive in Santa Clara (CA) and waited in the lobby with the silver platter (RespOrg release form) on their lap!
...and probably the last week's usage bill saying "purdy pluheeze?!?" |
