| The audacity of TeleBlend!
I just got my credit card bill. On it was a TeleBlend charge for November! I switched my service in October after giving them more than enough chances. I was a happy SunRocket customer until August. So I called TeleBlend today to ask about the charge. Talk to a person by the name of "Jason". He said that since "I" didn't notify them (my current provider did as part of the changeover), I needed to pay the bill! But, he said, the good news is that I won't have to pay the December bill! This is the same company that NEVER, EVER answered my previous phone calls nor all of the email I sent them complaining about the service!
You can bet the TeleBlend will never see another cent from me. I've already called my credit card company about the charge. No problem, they said. It sounded like they were more than just a little familiar with this TeleBlend tactic. If you decide to go with TeleBlend after reading this, I feel sorry for you.
