Not a 50 caliber but the lowly .223 and 22.250. It isn't the same video as the groundhog video. I watched both. And 47 to 51 secs in to the video you can see it is a person moving before being shot. Whether it is REALLY Afghanistan I can't say though.

Rifleman Premium join:2004-02-09 p1a clubs: ·Nexicom 2 edits	Just watched it---groundhogs. Even if it was a person a human body wouldn't fly like that----perhaps a head or limb but the whole body wouldn't explode. I have a .22 hornet that'll turn a groundhog inside out but just leaves a small hole and a lot of damage inside a deer or similar life form. The guy in this video was probably hit by a .223 similar to the groundhog video or possibly a .308 which is a nasty round also.
