(in victoria, BC) The "online" light on my modem went offline yesterday, and I've been (obviously) unable to connect to the internet ever since. I tried calling 3web and their telephone system says "no operators are available, call again later" and kicks me off their system. I tried emailing them but haven't gotten a response yet. Any idea if they're still in business? Thanks! Chris
