| I'm a customer and i'm not bitching. This can happen to anyone really.
I'm just surprised that the Data center didnt have mirrors to another states where they have other call centers or they don't have a backup of some type over at their Parent company.
But if the issue affects my ability to use my phone after they just charged my visa card i will be bitching to them once they open back up. |
