I agree - company of this size, has no excuse for not having a solid DR plan in place. In fact, I worked with a really large insurance company in that area, and are they having this problem? Nope, they have a remote DR site...and they are smaller, customer wise, than t-Mo, or DTAG as a whole.

Im wondering why i am a t-mo customer now....
