I had Verizon DSL for six years and this past August switched to Comcast, The day I called to cancle my DSL service I asked the service to be closed two days later so I would have time to tranfer everything over to Comcast, low and behold 10 minutes after I called I could no longer access the internet. I figured that was there way of paying me back for leaveing. I got the last laugh as that day I also signed up for Comcast phone service and I've never been sorry I made the switch from Verizon. Verizon's customer service stinks. |
