I agree with the MPAA

If they pay the ISP's the full cost of implementing it, the full cost of maintaining it, the cost of fixing bad blockings, the cost to the customer of bad blockings, the cost of lawsuits when a customer is screwed by bad blockings, and all other costs that may be occurred. AND that said payments be made within a week of being billed.

Oh, and if a customer complains about a legit download that is blocked, that is an automatic cost to the MPAA equal to what they say it costs them when someone 'illegally' downloads something plus handling fees for the ISP.
