I use it along side CCleaner and TU2006 and i find that it finds stuff that both CC and TU miss, plus i love the immunize feature. It reminds me so much of Spybot S&D.

IMO it does what it says it does and with no side effects. Edit: Even with what you have heard, the first time you use this program it asks you to make a backup so that if anything does go wrong you can restore what was removed or fixed.

That was several months ago and as I said Vista Beta (Vista may have said enough).
