He tells me that not all CO's will have it and the service will require a technician to install a splitter. Also, upgrades are not yet available.<br><br>For those that think canceling is the solution, I will tell you that by reading so many posts here on folks that wanted either faster speeds or the promo pricing that it is not worth it. The hassel is too great. It is a dumb move.
