| They need to define 'the companies network' Look at it this way. MY network is most certainly NOT part of AT&T's network, even if I use them for transport. I have EVERY RIGHT to move data from a non-AT&T network to my network, which is what all the torrents are. If AT&T wants to prevent video from being stored on THEIR NETWORK, so be it. I won't use them as a host provider. But as soon as they start filtering traffic moving over THEIR network, then I have a problem. They have no right to control what I use MY network for. It's none of their business.
So let AT&T filter THEIR servers. Fine. Just don't prevent me from moving traffic from a 3rd party network to my network. I'll use encryption anyway, which will defeat whatever they try and do anyway.
