Speakeasy onelinke and VOIP in San Francisco

Has anyone in SF tried this service? We currently have comcast and while the speed is rockstar the latency is horrific. We are both gamers and are constantly dropping from the servers. It's VERY frustrating. I have had speakeasy DSL before but not with the VOIP.

thanks

james
