Re: I need adsl bad here this area needs really bad here.(help!) 3 miles is a long way for DSL. Just about it's length from a good feed. So 3 miles away from the closest DSL means you could be as far as 6 miles from the closest feed point, way over the limit.
If there are a lot of people there then try a petition.
