3Web Down in Mississauga for two weeks

So after around 4 years I'm cancelling my 3Web DSL service.

Crazy - my service has been getting slower over the past month and for the past two weeks I can't do anything during afternoon and early evening hours.

Tech support does not exist.... and I can't even get a hold of anyone to cancel my service.

Will have to see where I land now....
