Just a point:
If its a mater of life and death if you cant dial out, you should ALWAYS have a backup, VOIP phone service should never be used in a lifeline situation.
Fact is, VOIP and Echo-link arent causing your bandwidth issues, im betting its Netfilx or something you might not know about going on. |
