They have nothing in place to track what phone you have. it is virtually impossible because they would have to keep track of IMEI numbers for PDA phones they dont even sell. That is no longer the case, sadly, although it was until recently.

I'm not, either, but I've been a customer long enough (and on the same plan long enough) that my terms don't prohibit using MEdia Works on any device I like.
