I use smartftp mostly but also use flashfxp and ws_ftp pro on a few of my machines.

I think SmartFTP is the greatest.

I maintain 2 non-commercial websites and found it to be so useful I paid for a license.

SmartFTP in Windows, Cyberduck in OS X (Fugu for SFTP) and command line in Linux

Currently using FileZilla ver. 2.2.32. The new 3.0 series of releases is missing several key features.
