I think SmartFTP is the greatest.

I maintain 2 non-commercial websites and found it to be so useful I paid for a license.

Total Commander has great ftp... been usin it for ever... but i c that this pool doesnt have it... so voted for winscp that i actually been usin for only a month or so but its pretty cool.
