With over 12 million paying customers. They must be doing a pretty good job if the worst they get is less than a dozen trolls posting about them on a broadband forum.

Maybe, maybe not... How many of those subscribers have no other choice. How many would only have access to only dial up. Start taking those people out of the numbers and I think you will see a difference.

I'm no troll. 384k uploa speeds for a 8-12MPBS internet is beyond RIDICULOUS. Either upgrade us, CC, or you WILL see a mass customer exodus when symmetrical service is available in our service areas!
