Commodore 64?

"It's also the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Commodore 64, so remember to get down with your bad selves and enjoy a game of Archon or two."

Sure, right after I'm done playing Halo 3 on my 52" HDTV

He he, most enjoyable computers I've owned own, I've been meaning to fire them up for awhile, always short of free time though, I still regret having sold my two Amigas. How can I ever forget the productivity apps from Berkeley Softworks or playing Ultima, long live Lord British!!!

Good old days indeed.

I'm sure they would work, assuming that they've not been mistreated in any way. I last booted my two C64s (1st & 2nd gen.) and my C128 (2nd gen) back in 2004. Just make sure your 64 has had the silver shield removed, otherwise it could overheat on you.

No, they were LOAD "*",1,1. Games have always driven my computers and I went with the Commodore because it had more colors than IBM and better sound. I had a Commodore from the early 80s until the early 90s when PCs finally passed them for gaming.
