Bellsouth going down again

Bellsouth dsl service seems to be at it again. Similar problems that occurred on 12/4 are repeating. Slow response to no response from the dns server. I am not even going to try and call them this time. Last time was long holds and hang ups then no answer and automatic busy signals. Anyone else having similar problems.

why don't you just switch your DNS like most people did to open DSN.org?
