 | Commodore 64 and China Commodore 64 ============
-Ahh the Commodore 64, glory days! I nearly cried when I saw that old dot matrix printer, the bastard MPS-801. Never mind it could only print one way(unidirectional),paper jam on a daily basis, and run out of ink faster than eating a taco. But boy the memories. I miss that bastard.
Does anyone remember their first commodore 64 warez? Mine was MS Pacman.

Then I'd get my "doubledisk" device and punch a hole on my 5 1/4" floppy and save files. Anti-doubledisk people, take that!
Funny, back then it was called "religious wars", now it's called "fanboism". The more things change, the more they stay the same
on China: =========
I don't think China wants a war with America and wake up a sleeping giant. Besides, why would they war with a country it does business with? If they stopped trading with us, their economy would be affected. Our business with China is helping to keep their government/cities functioning. And the more they work with us, the more they are becoming "like" us. Most likely Russia and China will become our loose allies rather than enemies.
The real enemies are these religious fanatics and suicidal maniacs. Today's technology allows one idiot to cause a lot of harm.
Also, for all we know, the server hacked could be nothing more than a website where people register before visiting. We need to know more facts about it.

1 edit | Commodore 64 I bought my son a 64 and a tape drive, then a floppy drive. That kid would spend days writing code. He tied up our only TV for hours. He was about 13 at the time. He ended up teaching me about computers. It was a great time in both our lives and enabled a connection that I'm not sure we would have made otherwise. -- I thought I made a mistake once but I was wrong | | |
