its December, i received my Bill two day's ago, had no notice of any kind regarding caps from january
and by saying when paying this bill u agree to the terms of use doesn't cut it, can't read a document every time i pay my bill when they add a small line somewhere changing my service from unlimited to Fucked
last few months i have been supposedly doing 200gigs from rogers, no charges, no notice, no calls
