kudos:1 | EFF Talk is CheapIf you really think Comcast or any other ISP is either doing something illegal or not meeting their obligations to the customers, then put your money and reputation where your mouth is and file a class action suite on behalf of the customers.
Of course you will not do this because you know as well as I and everyone else it is actually the customers who are in breach of the terms of service and not Comcast.
