It should contain an entry for all valid projects that were listed on the site @ 5:30 PM EST today. There should be no need to copy / paste the contents into a prior emprotz.dat file. This file is meant to replace your current emprotz.dat file. I simply rename my current file and copy the new one into the EMIII directory.
