You'll need to log in to your live.com account.
Once you have, go to your OneCare Member Center (»onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/···ault.htm)
Go to the Update account information.
Click on Windows Live OneCare under "Your Services".
Under End Date select "Renew this Service".
Then "click here to enter PIN". That's where you can enter the Serial Number off your new retail box.
For me I paid $10 to buy a new copy and that covered the renewal for a year.
Hope it helps. -- »www.wwiivehicles.com

| reply to csiemers I got the new 2.0 retail package (I think it's 2.0 as that's what I ordered).
Thanks for the instructions on how to update the subscription at the online member center.
