Of course... this is similar to ToS on many wireless services that VZW offered. I know this is not wireless, but the analogy is similar
ToS restricts all streaming, VoIP, video, etc unless its a VCast service (i.e. paid for content by Verizon or a Verizon partner).
If this 'was' security software, then it sort of defeats the purpose of 'security', if it discriminates by '$$$' or having a hole for bypass access.
