qworster : They've been offering 7100/768 for many years as business service. We had it back in 2002. It cost about 200 dollars a month (with 5 usable routed static IP addresses). Our company was about 12,000 feet from the CO and the best speed we could get was 5000/768, due to a bunch of "hi pot" (T-1) services that people had in our building causing interference to the DSL signal. No matter-at the time we mainly wanted it for its upload (this was then their 'main' business service was only 1500/384).
