<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1498064"><b>DotMac4</b></A> : I had 7100/768 from DSL Extreme via Verizon for a long time (here in So Cal).  It was $149 for a while then dropped to $99 which sounds pricy but it included 5 static IPs, unlimited use, unlimited premium usenet and they permitted servers.
