I'm also having problems, I didn't notice the problems until last night. My problems are mainly ping related, my download and upload speeds are down a tad but not much.

Looks like the problem is on the 4th hop. Now when I ping google.com for example it tells me:

But when I do the tracert to google you can see there is a problem starting with the 4th hop but then at the 9th hop its low again.
