What about the P2P throttling and the newly imposed caps ?

It should be mentioned in every review if one expects it to be fair.

P2P throttling does not effect me, I have NEVER been throttled so far. As well as bandwidth cap? I am not on one.

I believe adampak20 is a Bell employee, adisor, so there's not much point in humping his review to make it more negative.
