Cheap + reliable: Voxalot + Unlimited OR vBuzzer?

Yeah, I feel cheap, but I believe that Unlimitel would be nice if it would have voicemail free with it. Unfortunatly, it's not the case. That's why I would use the VoxLite plan from Voxalot mainly for their voicemail function.

Would "NAT mapping enabled" be enough for my PAP2 behind my WRT54Gv8 for Unlimitel? So far, I could get audio both way with CallCentric IP Freedom plan with no port forwarding or NAT mapping. Would that be because they use a proxy?

Or I could simply go with vBuzzer. It's just that their recent little changes in the config created some issues with users not using their proprietary software along with voicemail not working.

Just get a GrandCentral account and forward to the unlimited plan. Frre VM.

It's $4/month only for voicemail.

By looking at this configuration page of a PAP2, does it look like they use a proxy for the SIP connection?

GrandCentral has no numbers available in Canada. Is it possible to route all the unanswered outside calls from my Unlimitel DID to GrandCentral voicemail?

I don't have much need for an unlimited plan since I don't talk much to the phone. ;]

*bump*

If I understand how GrandCentral works, there is no point using it if I can't get a DID from them in Montreal.

Now, my last question would be: Is Unlimitel + Voxalot VoxLite (mainly for voicemail) would be something good to take?
