anon : Sorry, I was wrong language.

I'm new here. I want to know if you have opinions about to use a backbone 3COM switch 4226 to Cisco solution high Availability HSRP. I have difficulties for work in this case.
In default parameters on switch 3Com 4226 is enable IGMP protocol, however, not work with the multicast packets HSRP because filtering this packets.
Partial solution is disable IGMP, then multicast packets are forwarded and the HSRP protocol between both routers Cisco operate ok, but in few hours, this ports in switch 3COM are blocked to forward any packets. I should reset the 3Com switch

Do you have any idea of the origin of the problem?

thank you very much for your help !!!

Nazario

Nazario :D
