[Speed] Slow upload speed in San Jose

San Jose Comcast users and all,

I have tried to test speakeasy.net and speedtest.net five times from San Jose to San Francisco.

1st and 2nd test cases: download speed 20-22Meg, upload speed
1.1-1.4Meg.

3rd, 4th, 5th test cases: download speed 15Meg - 900K,
upload speed 500K-60K.

Are you surprised that the it is very poor upload speed
after several speed tests ?

I believe that Comcast is at fault to cause the bandwidth
problem....can you verify it ?
