Junk in my opinion including not supporting static and locked DHCP IP addresses, they also run hot. One arrived DOA the other as stated above. Auction Tek support is completly outsourced and cannot answer any question other than is the modem plugged into an AC outlet and the DSL line. If you mention any other issues they refer you to Qwest. I also left a vm on Qwest's corporate number, no return call as of today and it was left last Thurs. Quality of Service = VM no return call? |
